  • 3:45pm: “How to Order the Beer You Want” – lead by Alex P. Davis, Certified Cicerone, General Manager at Library Alehouse and Senior Contributor for Beer Paper LA
  • 4:15pm: “How to Brew a Great Cup of Coffee Every Time” – lead by Ryuichi Okabayashi, Founder and Roaster of Wise Coffee.
